Saint John, NB — July 15, 2025 – The skies over Saint John will come alive in August 2026 as the Saint John Airport (YSJ) proudly welcomes Air Show Atlantic, one of the largest and most thrilling aviation events in Eastern Canada. Produced by the Nova Scotia International Air Show Association (NSIASA), this non-profit organization has delivered awe-inspiring aerial performances and family-friendly experiences since 1996.
Air Show Atlantic is the only annual air show produced east of Montreal, attracting thousands of fans, hundreds of volunteers, and offering two days of unforgettable flyovers, acrobatic performances, and static aircraft displays. The show will appeal to both aviation enthusiasts and families, promising excitement on the ground and in the air.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to bring Air Show Atlantic to New Brunswick and to host it right here at YSJ,” said Lori Carle, Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for Saint John Airport. “It’s a unique opportunity to showcase our airport, welcome visitors from across the region, and inspire the next generation of aviation lovers.”
Air Show Atlantic has previously been held across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island, after moving from its former home at 12-Wing Shearwater in 2004. The 2026 edition promises to be one of the most dynamic yet, with a wide variety of military and civilian aircraft expected to participate.
Further details, including performer announcements, ticketing information, and volunteer opportunities, will be released in the coming months.
