The Saint John Airport Authority has almost 600 acres of land available to be developed at the airport, located within 18 km of Uptown Saint John, New Brunswick. The city is home to many business corporations, an active port, and is surrounded by natural beauty attracting both business and leisure travelers.

The airport is open to working with new partners to develop this area. It is an ideal location for many types of uses: business, parks/offices, medical/health care, energy infrastructure, airport hotel, airport retail/restaurant, tourism, free-trade zone, or other commercial/industrial land opportunities.
